Polyamide profiles are designed to be used in aluminum profiles, applied in architecture and construction (doors, windows, portals). The polyamide profiles (thermal break) are made of PA 6.6 with 25% glass fibers and serve as an integrated break between the outer and inner profiles. This method of connecting the outer and inner aluminum profiles ensures excellent thermal and mechanical properties. They are produced in lengths of 6m, 6.5m, or according to customer requests. Thanks to the 25% glass fiber content, they are resistant to physical impacts, aging, and corrosion. They are also UV resistant due to the content of carbon black and the processing method.
We produce profiles with LOW LAMBDA permeability of 0.19 W/Mk
We produce profiles from standard granulate PA 6.6 with 25% GF with fire classification according to standard EN13501-1 "F class"
Upon customer request, we also produce from self-extinguishing granulate PA 6.6 with 25% GF with fire classification according to standard EN13501-1 "E class"
ULTRAPLAST DOO has introduced an innovation in the production process of polyamide thermal bridges. We offer customers the option to install PE foam on polyamide thermal bridges. To further reduce U-values, the foam can be added to the system design—this can easily be incorporated into the existing system without changing the design. Closed-cell PE foam does not require additional handling from you. The PE foam has a lambda value of 0.036 W/(mk).
Download CertificateULTRAPLAST DOO has introduced an innovation in the production process of polyamide thermal bridges. We offer customers the option to apply a protective film to polyamide thermal bridges. Maintaining the visual appearance of the smoothly manufactured polyamide thermal bridge presents a different aesthetic challenge. Supplying the polyamide thermal bridge with an already applied adhesive film protects them during the coating process and ensures they remain smooth and of high quality, just like when they left the factory.
Download CertificateULTRAPLAST DOO has introduced an innovation in the production process of polyamide thermal bridges. We offer customers the option to embed adhesive wire into polyamide thermal bridges. Adding the adhesive wire to the polyamide thermal bridge reduces the loss of shear strength due to the powder coating, which means there are no additional processes at the end.
